Here's our weekly list of family fun to-dos to help you create lots of fun times with the kids! This week, get ready for more fun at the new playground at Gillman Barracks, explore all things Japanese at the Japan Real Fair, drop by the interactive LKY Experience and get tickets to the exciting Chaos Lab coming from Australia!

1. Get Tickets to Chaos Lab
Venue: Changi Airport Terminal 2, Viewing Mall North #03-03, Singapore 819643

Things are about to get a little chaotic! Chaos Lab is the ideal place for the little ones to have fun creating and playing. Here, they will get to explore a slime station, a neon graffiti wall, a ball pit, and many more surprises!
Meet the manic mad scientist, Dr Splat, and their lab assistants who will guide you through different zones to play, create, learn, and get just a little bit messy. You’ll be sure to enjoy yourself and make great family memories in this lab-themed playground.
Chaos Lab is not just another play area, but one where creativity, fun and learning mixes into an exciting experience.
2. Play at the New Outdoor Playground at Gillman Barracks
Venue: 9 Lock Road, Gillman Barracks, Singapore 108937

Admission: Free
The Gillman Barracks playground is located beside Carpark A, in front of Block 9. It is close by to the many restaurants in the area and can serve as a before and after meal play venue for families!
The one of the main structure at the playground is a tall tower for the adventurous ones to climb on to! This "treehouse" can be accessed via the climbing wall or cargo net, and little ones can exit via the 2 slides too - and for the older or gung-ho ones, there is also a fireman's pole too! The other main structure is a mini-obstacle course consisting of ramp, tunnel, nettings and more. It is a relatively simple structure that is open to the imagination of the little ones to make use of.

PCF Sparkletots will be hosting its Future Ready Fair 2023 over 3 weekends for families to experience the preschool's STEMIE curriculum and showcase the inventions made by Sparkletots' children! Enjoy complimentary interactive workshops, STEMIE tales and storytelling sessions and hands-on activities that promote STEMIE learning and critical thinking skills for your children.
Families who visit the Future Ready Fair 2023 will get to enjoy a showcase of award-winning inventions created by the young Sparkletots children, as well as to participate in various free activities too!
4. Explore Japan at the Japan Rail Fair
Venue: JAPAN RAIL CAFE, Guoco Tower, 5 Wallich Street, #01-20 Singapore 078883

Since its successful launch in 2020, the highly sought-after annual Japan Rail Fair at JAPAN RAIL CAFE has fascinated numerous ‘passengers’ with its wondrous rail-themed programmes, and has since evolved into a vibrant lifestyle event that celebrates the best of Japanese culture!
The Japan Rail Fair 2023 will feature 23 booths and welcomes one and all to be introduced, or reacquainted, to all things Japanese over three days – from an array of free family-friendly performances and activities, to a delightful variety of food and beverages.
5. Explore the New Interactive LKY:The Experience

Delve into the life of Lee Kuan Yew at LKY: THE EXPERIENCE, an immersive experience that re-creates his memories, milestones and motivations in a novel journey through time.
Spanning over 17,000 square-feet and centrally located at 11 Prinsep Link in a three-storey building, LKY: THE EXPERIENCE features three zones reimagining iconic chapters and moments of his life. This transportive experience tells a compelling story with interactive installations, multimedia displays and hands-on activities to initiate a meaningful and entertaining experience that celebrates his extraordinary life and work. Travel through time and rainbow slides, and encounter a novel retelling of an icon’s story - beyond his political career.
We managed to visit and would highly recommend it as a fun learning experience for young ones too!
