This children's TV show is also widely acclaimed for its refreshing take on parenthood - Dad Bandit is a laid-back but resourceful father, juggling childcare and working from home; while Mum Chilli is portrayed as a full-time working mum who has just gone back to office. Both parents share caretaking duties whilst juggling the demands of their careers, depicting the reality of a modern, everyday family life.

Aimed at pre-school children and their parents, the series champions the importance of unstructured play for enhancing children’s creativity and helping to develop their mental, physical and emotional resilience. In addition, Bluey celebrates the joyful simplicity found in family life, role play, and imagination.
