Ingredients

25g minced pork, marinated with 1 tsp @liloikanbilis whitebait powder

1/4 cup white rice, washed

100ml @souperfond basic chicken broth

50ml water

Dash of sesame oil
Directions
Add the chicken broth, carrots and minced pork into a pot and cook for about 15 minutes (timing given is for cooking in a double boiler, which take a longer time, you may shorten the timing as needed).
Add in the washed white rice and cook for another 60 minutes (timing given is for cooking in a double boiler, which take a longer time, you may shorten the timing as needed).
Stir once or twice in between to make sure the grains are loosened and the ingredients are well mixed.
Spoon out into a bowl and serve.
