Prawn Pork Tofu & Egg Balls

Ingredients

80g minced pork
-
2 medium prawns, peeled, deshelles, deveined and cut into tiny cubes

2 30ml tubs of @anyameals chicken stock

Half a tube of silken tofu

1 egg, beaten

3 tbsp corn flour
-
1 tsp white pepper
-
1 tsp @liloikanbilis mushroom powder

1 tsp @liloikanbilis scallop powder
Directions
Mix everything in a bowl and refrigerate for an hour.
When ready to cook, spoon the mixture into the @brunohotplatesg takoyaki plate and shape it into round balls.
When one side is slightly brown, use a skewer to lightly pull the half-cooked balls from the sides and flip them over to cook the other side.
Continue to cook till golden brown and thoroughly cooked through.
