Ingredients

250g plain flour
-
1 egg
-
400ml coconut milk
-
about 200ml water, it all depends on the required thickness of the batter

150g minced beef
-
1 small onion, to be peeled and finely chopped

A teaspoon of curry powder

a little cumin powder & salt to taste

1 tbsp cooking oil
-
spring onion, sliced
-
twig coriander, to be finely sliced

2 to 3 stalks red chillies, to be finely sliced

yellow food colouring
-
salt to taste
Directions
Heat up pan with oil and saute the chopped onion still translucent.
Add in mince meat till its cooked and seasoned with salt together with curry powder and cumin powder.
Let the meat mixture cool off.
Heat up the Cake Factory to 180 deg for 10mins.
In a bowl, whisk the egg. Blend the flour, coconut and add water cautiously (consistency must be not too thick or too watery)
Add some droplets of the yellow colouring and blend again.
Heat up some oil on the cake mould and add in the flour mixture. Top in off with the mince meat, chilli, spring onion and coriander.
Bake for 40mins.
