1. Far East Organization Children's Garden | Gardens by the Bay (Free)

The water play area at the Far East Organisation's Children's Garden at Gardens by the Bay is one of the best places to visit for water play! Parents will find a toddler's area with fish fountains and a larger area where kids run around splashing buckets and water sprouts! We cannot emphasise just how much fun this place really is!
Note that the garden is closed on Monday, and Tuesday if the Monday is a public holiday.
2. Jacob Ballas Children’s Garden Waterplay (Free)

The beloved Waterplay at Jacob Ballas Children's Garden stretching across approximately 500 square meters is an interactive play zone offering children an immersive way to explore the wonders of the water cycle through fun and engaging water features.
Designed to bring the water cycle to life, the Waterplay area introduces kids to the concepts of rain formation, transpiration, and runoff through hands-on play. So cme experience features such as mist zones, wading pools and jets with varying spray patterns and heights while learning through play!
3. Dino-themed Water Play @ Causeway Point (Free)
Location: Causeway Point, Level 7

Water play AND dinosaurs! Families can expect more fun and excitement in their visit to Causeway Point at the Dino-themed wet playground! Located at Level 7 of the mall, the playground includes slides, splashes and water sprouts designed as dinosaurs and more!
The centerpiece of the playground is an Erupting Volcano that erupts with water - splashing water on the kids waiting below! Just like the giant buckets at other popular playgrounds, the kids will definitely get excited about this.
4. NEX Singapore (Free)

Located at the roof-top of NEX, KidzPlay @ SkyGarden is a popular venue with families as it boast both a wet and dry play space for kids. The play space was temporarily closed and a new refreshed playground was reopened in 2023.
Pirates Sea Adventure is suitable for children between 5 to 12 years old and offers water play options for families looking for a splashing good time! It offers a main Pirate Ship-themed play structure with a splashing bucket and more, as well as a Giant Octopus slide for little ones to slide on too! There's ample seating and a changing room for kids too!
5. Changi City Point (Free)

At Changi City Point, shoppers are welcome to enjoy quiet moments at “Arena @ L3”, an outdoor performing area, overlooking the lush landscape and take a stroll down to the dry and wet playground and a tree-house trail, which comprises a small park built in a “tree-house” at Level 2.
Watch your kids enjoy themselves while you relax with a meal at the food court.
6. Northpoint City (Free)

Northpoint City’s splash pad might not be the largest but kids will love the water slides here. There is a splash bucket as well as different types of water sprays and fountains, to keep the kiddies entertained.
7. Waterway Point (Free)

Head outdoors at Level 2 of Waterway Point and you will discover Happy Park, an outdoor dry and wet play area for the kids to run around and get wet! The playground consist of both a wet and dry play space so that kids can choose to play at either parts!
8. Tampines1 Water Playground (Free)

The Rooftop Waterplay at Tampines1 offers little ones the opportunity to go splashing and running at! Time to head down for splashing fun!
9. Compass One (Free)

The Ninja Trail @ Compass One is a fun obstacle course planned like a Ninja trial! Here, kids can challenge themselves across different stations and to compete amongst each other!
Just be prepared for lots of running, climbing and getting wet at this fun-filled play space!
10. VivoCity (Free)

The play venue at VivoCity, Play Court, includes various play elements for the kids to run, climb, slide and more! Families will also find a wet play section that children can go splashing in! While it is not really a water playground (but just splashing water fountains), we are sure the little ones will just have as much fun!
11. Splash-N-Surf @ Singapore Sports Hub (Free)
Location: Singapore Sports Hub, access via the entrance near to Gate 22 of the National Stadium

Splash-N-Surf was one of our first water playground that we visited. It still remains as a popular spot for young families, especially because it is suitable for younger ones too. Young ones can use the wading pool that comes with little swings where they can kick their feet in the water. Older kids can head over to the main play structure where they will get to play, climb and slide with lots of splashes included too!
12. Oasis Waterpark @ Yishun (Free)
Location: Next to MSCP, Blk 307 Yishun Ring Road
Opening Hours: 9 am - 7.30 pm daily

Located interestingly within the HDB blocks, Oasis Waterpark @ Nee Soon East, was one of the first water play parks at it's scale to open at the heartlands.
Located about 10 mins walk away from the Yishun MRT station and nestled among the HDB blocks, this huge (and free) waterpark provides relief from the sweltering weather with its water play features, it also has an impressive range of family-centric facilities, including a bath and changing area too!
13. Transport-themed Choa Chu Kang Mini-Waterpark (Free)

Families in the West looking for respite from the heat will be keen to know that there is a mini-transport-themed waterpark, the Choa Chu Kang Mini-Water Park Playground, located beside Keat Hong Community Centre, just opposite the Choa Chu Kang MRT Station.
You will find several water play features, as well as 3 small slides. In the middle of the play space is the main play structure that features a van and train (children can slide through them). You will even spot the aeroplane that is caught in the waterspout at the top of the main play structure too!
One of the best features? It is located under the MRT tracks, giving shade to those playing (and waiting).
14. Jelutung Harbour Park (Free)
Location: Near Blk 488/489 Admiralty Link, Singapore 750488

Admission: Free
Jelutung Harbour Park is probably the first water playground to open within a HDB estate and it remains quite a hidden gem for families, except maybe those living in the Admiralty and Sembawang area. While the water play area might not be massive, it is free and offers lots of fun for the kids!
There is a toilet / washing area but we have often received comments on how dirty it is. So do take note if you intend to visit!
15. Play @ Heights Park - Toa Payoh (Free)
Venue: In-front of Blk 144 Lorong 2 Toa Payoh
Opening Hours: 8 am - 9 pm (Water Playpark)
Admission: Free
Located at Lorong 2 Toa Payoh, Play @ Heights Park is a small family-friendly park nestled within the neighbourhood. Here, you will find a water playpark, sand playground (with flying fox), an high-elements play structure, a mini riding track and fitness equipment too!
The water play area is actually quite small and older ones will probably get bored quite quickly. But the entire play area offers much to do, so an afternoon here is possible. There's also changing and wash areas to clean up too!
16. Buangkok Square Park - Water Play (Free)
Venue: Buangkok Square Park, between Block 986D and Block 992A
Opening Hours: 8 am - 8 pm (Water Park), 24hours (Dry Playground)
Admission: Free
Buangkok Square Park Water Park is another free water playground for everyone to enjoy. The Aquatic-themed Water Playground offers families a gated space to enjoy water play and to cool off from the heat!
Families will find many splash elements, including a Dragonfly spray fountain, a spray tunnel and even a mini splashing bucket too! What we like about the splashing bucket is that it is transparent, and you can know when the bucket will be tipping over (instead of waiting too long)!
There also a water play area for younger ones to play at. It resembles a stream with fountains and water gates, little ones will usually run around or sit themselves into the stream while splashing about!
The Buangkok Square Park Water Park is a gated area and is open from 8 am to 8 pm daily.
17. Waterplay Plaza at Yew Tee Lifestyle Corridor (Free)
Venue: Beneath Rail Viaduct near Yew Tee MRT towards Pang Sua Canal
Opening Hours: 9 am - 8 pm daily
Admission: Free
Located just next to Yew Tee MRT, Waterplay Plaza is a fun, interactive water playground designed to keep families and children active, enhancing their outdoor experience. It includes a number of play elements from water sprouts to splashing buckets, that is sure to excite the little ones. It is also located undernearth the MRT tracks, offering respite from the sun!
So make sure to come dressed to get wet! Don't worry, there are changing rooms and facilities to wash up too!
18. Marina Barrage (Free)

- Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday: 9am - 9pm

Located at Marina Barrage, this is a little play space for the kids to splash around in. The playground includes a wading pool, fountains and jets of water that may surprise the little ones!
Do note that the Water Playground will be closed without notice when there is heavy rain and/or lightning alert, or when urgent maintenance is required. Visitors are advised to call the Marina Barrage Information Counter at 6514 5959 to check if the Water Playground is open before making their way down.
19. Water Play @ Lower Seletar Reservoir (Free)
Location: Yishun Ave 1, Lower Seletar Reservoir Park, Singapore 769139

Collectively known as the family bay area at Lower Seletar Resevoir Park, families can enjoy the water play area and performance stage. The water play area consist of a central fountain, two water spouts, and a wading stream for kids to splash around in.
20. Bishan- Ang Mo Kio Park (Free)
Venue: Bishan - Ang Mo Kio Park, Pond Garden (nearer to Upper Thomson Road)
Opening Hours: 8am - 11am and 4pm - 8pm

Over at Bishan - Ang Mo Kio Park, head down to the Pond Garden, the section of the park nearer to Upper Thomson Road, is the quieter of the 2 sections and is where you will find the Water Playground and Adventure Playground.
Unlike the usual water play venues with big buckets of water and water jets, the Water Playground is not as exciting but offers little ones the chance to learn about water flow by allowing them to control the flow through water gates. We also often see kids run and splash around, so I don't think they are really bothered by what it lacks, but what it has!
21. Jurong Lake Garden - Clusia Cove (Free)
Location: Northern end of Lakeside Garden at Jurong Lake Gardens, 100 Yuan Ching Road, Singapore 618662

The Forest Ramble and Clusia Cove is one of the largest free outdoor playground for kids! Located at Jurong Lake Gardens, Forest Ramble is the dry play with 13 different stations for the kids to explore, and Clusia Cove offers kids a water play venue to splash around in.
Families will also find changing rooms and toilets available at Clusia Cove. The only complain we have is the lack of shelter, so remember to bring umbrellas or hats, as well as lots of sunscreen too!
22. Water Play @ Coastal PlayGrove (Free)

Admission: Free
Located at East Coast Park, Coastal PlayGrove is a massive free outdoor playground with a water play area! The water play area features a wading pool and jets of water with illumination at night in various colours. It is a popular spot for families with young ones and it does get crowded quite quickly. Highly suggest to come early in the mornings or towards the evenings where it usually get a little quieter.

23. Canberra Cove and Forest Gym

Canberra Cove and Forest Gym @ Bukit Canberra opened in Mar 2025 offering families a large play area with both wet and dry play options!
Obstacles in the forest gym, dthe dry play option, are catered for both younger and older children, so there’s something available for everyone! From balance logs to ropes, kids can challenge themselves go complete the obstacles!
Besides the Canberra cove, there’s also sprinklers around to play and get wet in! There's also little puddles for kids to splash in! Remember to bring your water play toys along too!
The area is surrounded by greenery, and has a very nice and calm vibe! Shower and changing facilities are available on site!
24. Splash @ Kidz Amaze | Punggol SAFRA

Probably the only sheltered / indoor water playground. Splash @ Kidz Amaze located at Punggol SAFRA is a highly popular water play venue for families. It offers a main play structure with a massive water bucket as well as a wading area with water guns.
It is also one of the most reasonably priced playgrounds. We recommend that you come early, especially on school and public holidays.
25. Hydrodash

29. Splish Splash at KidzWorld, Singapore Zoo

Located at KidzWorld, Splish Splash offers little ones a chance to cool off during a visit to the zoo!
Unlike its predecessor at Rainforest KidzWorld, Splish Splash does not offer a massive water playground, instead it is an ever-changing maze of water for little ones to go splashing in! Selected Ranger Buddies can even get a secret code to unlock the power to change the maze patterns!
There are open washing areas as well as closed door bathing areas for use.
30. HomeTeamNS Bedok Reservoir
