Following the reopening of Grand Hyatt Singapore, you can now indulge in the renowned dining venues the hotel offers, this time with a new concept that allows you to get an unforgettable culinary experience.

Savour Halal Buffet at StraitsKitchen

Known for its authentic Singapore ethnic fare, StraitsKitchen is also well known as the first Halal-certified buffet restaurant in a five-star hotel in Orchard Road. With vibrant show kitchens throughout the restaurant, StraitsKitchen offers a wide variety of dishes served à la minute, drawing from Chinese, Malay, Indian, and Nyonya cuisine.

Under the leadership of Chef de Cuisine Nelson Wong, who has over a quarter-century of culinary experience and specialises in local cuisine, Chef Nelson ensures that each dish is prepared true to its authentic flavour.

They keep on updating the menu progressively to include premium specials like Fish Head Curry, Sustainable Salted Egg Prawns, and BBQ Roaring Forties Lamb. The buffet experience is enhanced with a new fresh juice bar showcasing a selection of tropical flavours.

The new menu also features beverages and desserts that reflect Singapore’s rich cultural heritage through the classics such as sago gula melaka, goreng pisang, min jiang kueh, and bubur terigu. Both adults and kids will surely love sweets!

Pete’s Place and The Shop Are Back in Town

Under the guidance of newly-appointed Chef Salvatore Giorgio Catania, hailing from Puglia, Italy, Pete’s Place is a perfect place to go when you’re craving authentic Italian comfort food in Singapore. After reopening in August, the restaurant now features a new private dining room, a grand wine cellar and a chef’s table offering kitchen-to-tableside service.

Don’t forget to bask in the specialty menu, such as the Costoletta alla Milanese, a tender fried veal cutlet coated in crunchy breadcrumbs. You can also visit the Antipasti bar to create your own salad or enjoy the signature Negroni Flight.

If you fancy having coffee and something freshly baked, then come visit The Shop, a gourmet hub where you can also shop for sustainable sourced ingredients such as premium seafood products and organic vegetables from the Grand Marketplace, or get the cakes and champagne. The products are available for purchase on The Shop’s e-commerce platform, which will showcase exclusive brand collaborations.

Dine by the pool at Oasis

The long-awaited restaurant is now open! Oasis offers a diverse culinary experience across six distinct settings, including an indoor, air-conditioned dining area that flows out into an outdoor seating area.

Enjoy fresh, sustainable seafood on ice, BBQ dishes by the pool, and a full-fledged international cocktail at a separate bar featuring cocktails on tap, home-infused beverages, and local flavours with an all-day live DJ.

Unwind in style at Oasis and relax in charming outdoor covered pavilions, explore tiered garden terraces, and cozy up in unique outdoor pods and nests. Where good food meets good ambience, Oasis is just right to be the perfect escape.

Le Pristine Singapore to Open in October 2024

Michelin-starred chef Sergio Herman is set to make his highly anticipated Southeast Asian debut at Le Pristine Singapore. Opening in October 2024, the soon-to-be-open restaurant promises to be the jewel in the crown of Grand Hyatt Singapore’s culinary transformation.

The sprawling casual fine dining restaurant is slated to serve a festive and energetic tribute to the purity of Italian flavours expressed through Sergio Herman’s Zeeland culinary heritage.
