This satisfying dish features tender beef brisket that has been prepared in-house for over 5 hours, tangy sauerkraut, and rich gruyĂšre cheese, all layered together within light rye sourdough bread. Youâll be amazed by the signature Buttermilk Pancakes ($26). These thick yet incredibly fluffy pancakes are a moreish treat, featuring a luscious layer of mixed berry compote nestled between two generous pieces. Topped with fresh fruits, this decadent dish is elevated by a trio of irresistible toppings: tangy lemon curd, creamy cheesecake mousse infused with citrus and vanilla, and whipped cream.
For a savoury option, choose the Prawn Linguine ($30). The sauce is a medley of slow-cooked capers, chilli, dill, and cherry tomatoes, finished with a touch of white wine and butter for a luxurious depth of flavour. Four succulent and perfectly seared prawns are topped on the bed of pasta, creating a truly satisfying dish.
And for a special kick, try the Chili Scrambled Eggs ($26), a fiery treat that will awaken your tastebuds. The fluffy scrambled eggs are served atop a grilled sourdough toast that has been spread with a layer of tangy homemade chili jam.
Crafted from scratch with a blend of fresh tomatoes, chilli peppers and other spices, the jam is the result of simmering until the desired balance of heat and sweetness is met. To complete the dish, crumbled goat cheese and diced Jalapeño are sprinkled for an added punch of flavour and texture.

Inspired by the classic 'Som Tam', the salad is packed with fresh ingredients including house-made cold pickled green mango, crunchy bean sprouts, and chopped mint and coriander.
