This Valentine’s Day, express appreciation and admiration for a loved one with an exclusive four-course menu presented by LeVeL33, the world’s highest urban microbrewery. Available only on 14 February 2022 for 2 seatings at 5.30 pm to 7.30 pm and 8 pm to 10.30 pm, the Valentine’s Day menu ($148++/pax) features a carefully curated selection of dishes to revel in while spending quality time with your special person.
The 4-course meal includes items like the:
- Truffled Burrata that presents a creamy burrata paired with house-made smoked tomato jam, Lager-pickled pumpkin and finished with French Périgord truffle and aged balsamic vinegar
- Kuhlbarra Barramundi paired with a beurre blanc infused with LeVeL33’s own Blond Lager and a luxurious caviar sauce, garnished with saffron rouille
A Gastronomic Valentine’s Celebration at Restaurant Gaig
This Valentine’s Day, Restaurant Gaig celebrates love and passion with an indulgent repertoire of gastronomic pleasures. Exclusively on 14 February evening, be pampered with an impeccable 6-course dinner fare ($160++ per diner) showcasing Executive Chef Marti’s innovative interpretation of traditional Catalan recipes. Some highlights of the dinner include:
- Maremoto - an inviting appetiser of fresh sea urchin and Carabinero prawn tartar served in sea urchin shell topped with Oscietra caviar.
- Cannelloni - Served in a pair, enjoy the eponymous 150 year-old Gaig’s traditional cannelloni stuffed with beef and pork and the restaurant’s seasonal rendition of the time-honoured pasta filled with fresh winter truffles and soft cheese.
- Duck magret - a modern interpretation of the traditional Catalonian duck confit, served with duck jus and pear and chestnuts glaze.
Restaurant Gaig Valentine’s Day 6-course dinner set menu is priced at $160++ per diner on 14 February from 6pm to 10pm.
Celebrating the wonders of love at Zafferano
Valentine’s Day – honouring love and special memories with your significant other. On 13 and 14 February 2022, Zafferano dedicates the evenings to the exceptional celebration of romance. Exquisite three and five-course menus (from $148++ per person) are offered in the elegant main dining room and an unforgettable Romantic Terrace Experience ($398++ per couple) awaits at the alfresco Terrace Lounge.
Three-course ‘Say “Ti Amo” Menu
Exclusively from 5.30pm to 7pm on 14 February, Zafferano tailors a three-course menu ($148++ per person) for couples who wish for an early dinner accompanied by a romantic sunset. Enthralling choices for the main course include the alluring Jac wagyu beef striploin MBS 8/9 with salted baked beetroots and pistachio.
Five-course ‘Say “Ti Amo” Menu
Presented for dinner on 13 and 14 February, an indulgent five-course menu ($298++ per person; early bookings priced at $248++ per person, limited seats available) is offered with a stalk of red rose for each lady. Highlights of the evening include delightful parcels of house-made fagottini pasta stuffed with Sicilian red prawn finished with sea urchin sauce and an A4 Miyazaki wagyu that captivates the palate with salted baked beetroot and Bronte pistachios.
Romantic Terrace Experience
On 13 and 14 February, bask in romance at the alfresco Terrace Lounge. The Romantic Terrace Experience ($398++ per couple) comprises exquisite canapés and desserts, complete with a bottle of fine wine or champagne and a stalk of red rose for each lady.
Celebrate Valentine’s Day at Binary
On 13 & 14 February 2022, Binary celebrates all relationships with a special promotion for tables of three to five persons. Available for dine-in only, groups of 3, 4, and 5 will enjoy discounts of 30%, 40%, and 50% respectively on food and selected beverages.
Celebrating the Season of Love with The Gyu Bar
This Valentine’s Day, demonstrate your love with exquisite wagyu at The Gyu Bar. From 4 to 14 February 2022, the beef specialist offers a special Wagyu Uni Chirashi Bento ($65) available for dine-in, or takeaway via self-collection and island-wide delivery for an intimate date in the comfort of home.
Alluding to the romantic occasion, the Valentine’s Day bento showcases premium succulent Kagoshima A5 chuck rib cubes lightly torched and artfully arranged into the shape of a heart. Combined with toppings such as luscious Hokkaido uni, ikura, diced takuan, tamagoyaki and cucumber, the indulgent chirashi bento presents a myriad of textures and flavours with every mouthful.
The Gyu Bar’s Valentine’s Day Wagyu Uni Chirashi Bento is offered from 4 to 14 February 2022 for dine-in or takeaway via self-collection and island-wide delivery. The bento is available during lunch (12pm to 3pm) and dinner (6pm to 10pm).
An Afternoon Date At Fat Cow
This Valentine's Day, Fat Cow introduces two mouth-watering donburi bowls specially created for the day of love. Available as lunch sets from 3 to 15 Feb 2022, these are perfect as luxe yet fuss-free celebratory options.
Reknowned for its handpicked lineup of premium Japanese wagyu and customised beef experience, both Fat Cow's Valentine's Day offerings feature their MiyazakiA4 expertly grilled on binchotan for that juicy chew. Both are also served with their signature "Fat Rice" featuring premium Japanese rice gently mixed with kombu, truffle and wagyu fat.
- Surf & Turf Donburi ($138++) presents flavours from land and sea by pairing lobster tail and claw with all this luscious wagyu and rice goodness
- Wagyu & Truffle Donburi ($118++) offers a different style of enjoyment , pairing tender Miyazaki A4 wagyu and plump grains of Fat Rice.

This Valentine's Day, impress a loved ones at Bedrock Bar & Grill with a sumptuous meal at the award-winning steakhouse. Available only on 14 Feb 2022, savour the Valentine's Day 4-Course Dinner Menu ($168++) amidst the restaurant's alluring rustic interiors of handsome custom-made plush leather booths and cosy ambient lighting.
The meal consist of the Lobster & Scallop Ceviche, Coriander Honey Glazed Duck Breast, Grilled Satsuma Wagyu Striploin and ends with the Nama Chocolate.

Mount Faber Leisure Group is taking Valentine’s Day to the next level with a series of romantic food and beverage offerings spread across three days. - Premier sunset alfresco dining destination, Dusk Restaurant & Bar is a romantic getaway on any given evening, but the experience is all the more special during the season of love. Guests can indulge in a four-course Valentine’s Day Set Menu ($288++ per couple) from 12-14 February
- To make the romantic evening even more memorable, guests can try their hand at a DIY dessert featuring Häagen-Dazs ice cream cake that can be decorated with edible embellishments. It is only available on 14 February at Arbora Hilltop Garden & Bistro and Dusk Restaurant & Bar.
A Romantic Valentine’s Day With Da Paolo’s Gourmet Italian Highlights
Celebrate the most romantic occasion of the year with Da
Paolo’s Valentine’s Day specials, available from now till 27 Feb 2022.
At selected Da Paolo Gastronomia Outlets, you can purchase the Bacio Bread ($9.90), a chocolate sourdough loaf only available from 4 to 27 Feb 2022 on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays only, as well as 14 Feb 2022. Bacio means kiss in Italian, and on this occasion of celebrating friendship and love through hugs and kisses, the Bacio Bread was created.
The naturally leavened Bacio Bread is made with Da Paolo’s overnight sourdough bread-making techniques, with Belgian chocolate chips, toasted slivered almonds, and dried cranberries hand-folded in, coated with more shaved almonds before baking in Da Paolo’s customised woodfired oven.
And at Da Paolo Dempsey Restaurant & Bar, you can enjoy a thoughtfully created Valentine’s Day a la carte menu at the lush tropical backdrop of Dempsey Hill, available for dinner on 12, 13 and 14 Feb 2022.
