Serving the flavours of Chinese, Peranakan, Eurasian, Indian, and Malay kitchens, Rempapa celebrates the vibrance of our multicultural milieu and local heritage cuisine year-round. As the month of Racial Harmony Day approaches, the restaurant invites all to join in this extended celebration with a Heritage Dish of the Week dine-in promotion and an exclusive Multi-ethnic Kueh Box.

Every week from 1 July to 4 August, one heritage speciality from a local ethnic cuisine will be spotlighted as the Heritage Dish of the Week. From the same folks that brought you Boeuf Steakhouse with all things beef, Ducking Good is the place to be for delectable ducks cooked and prepared in all forms and glory. You now have another option with the first-ever Duck Kut Teh with XXL Youtiao launches together with new exciting sides to enhance your next ducking good meal.

The star of this launch is the aromatic Duck Kut Teh 鸭骨茶 (Single $9.90++, Double $18.90++) – a twist on the traditional Bak Kut The dish. The soup is a herbaceous peppery broth simmered with herbs and spices over hours. Flame-kissed beef steaks are served with a choice of Earle Swensen’s trio of handcrafted compound butters, exclusive to the Pasir Ris Mall outlet. These are made by combining quality softened butter with various aromatics. The tanginess of Dijon Mustard cuts through the richness of the meat, as does the piquant and savoury-sweet Onion Balsamic. With the Roasted Pepper, the peppers’ smokiness and sweetness adds complexity to every bite. The butter is torched atop the steak and served melted, releasing its tantalising aroma for a new flavour dimension. These are also melted onto the beef patties, in Earle Swensen’s new range of Butter Burgs.

Introducing Duomo Ristorante 

Nestled within the meticulously restored walls of CHIJMES, the Duomo Ristorante takes inspiration from its namesake, the Italian word for ‘cathedral’, perfectly complementing the historic CHIJMES hall. Here, diners can indulge in the essence of la dolce vita, whether savouring an aperitivo amid the cheery outdoors, or relishing a meal in the welcoming dining room. 

Using a variety of ingredients sourced primarily from Italy, the passionate chefs present an irresistible repertoire of classics given a ‘DUOMO’ touch. The menu presents captivating dishes such as La Bruschetta, a charming reinterpretation of a traditional starter, and Gnocchi Funghi & Salsiccia  which features gnocchi lovingly made from scratch and topped with marinated pork sausage. Those with an adventurous palate will also take delight in the Polipo Arrosto,  a perfectly grilled and tender octopus; meanwhile, the Bella Duomo features an uncommonly seen pizza topping in Singapore: Mortadella ham.

Osteria Mozza is thrilled to announce its refreshed lunch and dinner menus this month. Helmed by celebrity chef Nancy Silverton, Osteria Mozza invites guests to explore the depths of Italian cuisine with a Californian approach to fresh ingredients and seasonality.

The restaurant is now also introducing Chef Nancy Silverton's legendary Grilled Cheese ($32). Once a staple at her former restaurants - Campanile and Pizzeria Mozza in Los Angeles, Chef Nancy’s rendition elevates the humble grilled sandwich to gourmet heights with shaved onions and four different cheeses - aged white cheddar, yellow cheddar, swiss cheese and gruyere. Pickles and hand-cut fries are served alongside. Showcased on Netflix’s Chef’s Table, Chef Nancy’s grilled cheese sandwiches quickly gained cult-classic status during her time at Campanile and remains a beloved part of her culinary legacy.

Rooted in Bedrock's philosophy of keeping things classic, the menu spotlights various cuts of fish and meat expertly prepared with the primal culinary technique of ageing. And with an emphasis on seafood, this edition’s menu will appeal to aficionados of seafood and meat lovers alike, in a dining experience sure to please the palate. The menu features items like:

  • 7-Day Aged Blackened Tuna - Dry-aged Japanese tuna loin is shallow-fried and served alongside grilled fennel, orange slices, and a citrus glaze

  • 9-Day Aged Char-Grilled Swordfish Belly - Spanish swordfish belly is first seared and finished on Bedrock’s signature applewood-fired grill, then paired with red wine sauce and an eggplant caponata.

  • New York Dry-Aged Strip Steak - Australian grass-fed beef aged for 21 days and grilled on applewood fire, accompanied by roasted marble potatoes, chestnuts, and veal jus. 

On the opening night of 4 July 2024, diners can enjoy the 6-course Dinner Tasting Menu ($138++ per pax) accompanied by a complimentary 5-wine pairing featuring Californian wines. These wines range from crisp and refreshing whites to bold and complex reds with a longer finish, complementing well with the menu’s flavours. For subsequent nights through the promotional period, diners can top up $68++ for the 5-wine pairing.

Fat Cow welcomes the new season with the introduction of their Chef’s Table Omakase Summer Menu. Available only from 16 July to 15 September 2024, the refreshed menus invite diners to explore the natural umami flavours with this season’s fresh bounties and the revered Toriyama Umami Wagyu beef. 

Chef’s Table Omakase Summer – Lunch Shin Menu ($138++/pax)

  • Edamame Tofu with Uni and Okra - Silky tofu accompanied by red capsicum sauce, pumpkin chips, and adorned with uni. 

  • Sushi - A sushi set that comprises madai nigiri, a handroll of minced tuna, and a seasonal Kanpachi nigiri.
