Starting from 27 May until 25 June, children below the age of 12 can dine for free with every 2 main courses ordered at PAZZION Café Takashimaya S.C. or Jewel Changi Airport. A feast for the whole family without stressing your savings. While parents can dive into the cafe’s scrumptious range of burgers, sandwiches, and rice bowls – your little munchkins can tuck into a kids' pasta of their choice along with a scoop of ice cream on the house.
2. IKEA Family Members - Kids Dine Free
In time for the June holidays, the IKEA Swedish Restaurant is bringing back Kids Eat Free for IKEA Family Members. On weekdays from 29 May to 23 June, kids will have their choice of a free kids meal: kids meatball, kids plant balls or kids pasta (U.P. $3.00). This offer is applicable with each main purchased from the regular adult menu and for dine-in only.

5. Restaurant Gaig Introduces a new Chef’s Menu
The new Chef’s Menu ($180++ per diner) curated by Executive Chef Marti Carlos Martinez is a gastronomic fare that weaves diners into an immersive journey through the food streets of Catalonia, while embracing nose-to-tail heritage recipes of the region’s staple — Lamb. It’s an ode to the time-honoured flavours of Catalan cuisine, one that is executed with deft finesse by Chef Marti and his team.
The tasting menu commences with a trio of canapes - The Thinnest Fuet Sandwich, Sunday’s Vermut and Surf And Turf Taco, inspired by some of Catalan’s classic snacks and Sunday social traditions. The first starter showcases the culinary tradition of mar i muntanya with the Lamb Leg Ravioli & Scampi Broth. Frit Menorquí features pan-seared Boston lobster tail, a lobster-jus infused yolk, purple potato chips and tomato bread. Chef Marti’s contemporary take on the summer dish from the Balearic Islands.
Main courses arrive in the form of Glazed Sweetbreads and Artichoke, and Lamb Rack with Idiazábal Cheese Sauce, artfully demonstrating a nose-to-tail cooking approach. Concluding the gastronomic experience on a bright note is Orange Dessert, which expresses orange in several variations.
6. Hilton Singapore Orchard Unveils New Epicurean Buffet Offerings at Estate
Epicureans or business associates looking to spend their afternoons over lingering conversations and an abundant selection of gourmet delights can head over to Estate for lunch. Start at the Seafood Bar and delight in Estate’s selection of fresh and succulent tiger prawns and luscious scallops served in their shells.
The new daily rotational menu of Western and modern Asian specialties available for lunch includes a Live Risotto Station serving up warm bowls of Kimchi Risotto with 65-degrees Sous Vide Egg and Carving Station of Herb-Marinated Roast Beef Sirloin, Peruvian-style Roasted Organic Chicken and Smoked Pork Belly.

8. PizzaMania Introduces the Ultimate Cheesy Movie Night Treat – Nachos Ole! Pizza
PizzaMania debuts its latest mouth-watering creation: Nachos Ole! Pizza, pairing the perfect movie-binging flavours of nachos and cheese on a pizza. Not just your average pizza, the Nachos Ole! Pizza is garnished with olives, tomatoes, capsicums, jalapeño and crispy tortilla bits, that promises to take your taste buds to the next level.
Each slice is packed with hearty flavour and drizzled with savoury cheese sauce, making it the perfect movie treat for nacho cheese lovers everywhere. Even better – it comes with a side of extra nachos to complete the experience.

10. Bedrock Bar & Grill's 2023 World Meat Series Ed 2 Showcase in June
The 2023 World Meat Series quarterly showcase of premium and lesser known meats from around the world is back for its second edition at Bedrock Bar & Grill. From 17 May to 16 August 2023 (Sunday to Thursday only), this edition showcases the remarkable 100% Fullblood Tajima Olive Fed Black Wagyu from Umami Olive Fed Wagyu farm in East Texas, America. Indulge in the exceptionally tender and flavoursome beef, developed from the cattle’s unique feed.
Available from 18 May to 16 August 2023, the 5-Course Dinner Tasting Menu is available at $168++ per person), or order the à la carte specials (from $48++) to enjoy alongside the steakhouse’s signatures.
The menu begins with Smoked Beef Carpaccio, followed by Slow-Cooked Beef Fingers Rib; Grilled Marinated Skirt; New York Sirloin Steak (100g) with moreish roasted garlic butter potatoes; and an indulgent yet light Brioche Doughnut.
11. Celebrate Dragon Boat Festival with Goodwood Park Hotel’s trio of Handcrafted Rice Dumplings
As the annual Dragon Boat Festival approaches, Goodwood Park Hotel is delighted to usher in the festivities with a trio of delicious handcrafted ‘zong zi’ 粽子 or ‘bak zhang’ (glutinous rice dumplings).
Handcrafted by the Dim Sum chefs of the Hotel’s Cantonese and Sichuan restaurant Min Jiang 岷江川菜馆, the Steamed ‘Kee Zhang’ with D24 Durian Dip, Classic Hokkien-style Dumpling and Hong Kong-style Dumpling with Homemade Soya Sauce will be exclusively available for dine-in and takeaway at Min Jiang and Min Jiang at Dempsey as well as takeaway from The Deli with a 3-day advance pre-order.
12. Goodwood Park Hotel's Annual Durian Fiesta Celebrates Its 40th Year
Following the success of its iconic Durian Mousse Cake in 1983 and introduction of the well-loved Durian Puffs in 1984, Goodwood Park Hotel’s Durian Fiesta has since become a highly-anticipated annual affair for ardent fans of the iconic fruit, while continuing to impress with creative takes on durian-themed pastries and desserts.
This 6 March to 6 August 2023, Goodwood Park Hotel will be proudly celebrating its 40th year of innovation and creativity in crafting indulgent pastries that showcase the king of fruits.
13. The Flavours of Summer at Yue Bai
Summer suggests refreshing meals that are bright, colourful and, most importantly, support heart health in the strenuous heat. This philosophy is reflected in Yue Bai’s Summer 2023 Menu, which sends out dishes that are brimming with the season’s best bounties.
Available from 16 May to 9 July, the Summer 2023 presentation features a refreshed a la carte menu with seasonal specials and four tasting menus. They are Lunch Tasting Menus at $78++ or $98++ per diner and Dinner Tasting Menus at $168++ or $238++ per diner. Each dish is a contemporary expression of traditional Chinese Dietary Therapy (食疗), grounded on nourishing ingredients that help ease the Summer heat.
Menu highlights include a Chilled Blueberries, Blueberry-infused Chinese Yam; Double-boiled Superior Soup, Quail, Tian Ma, Sun Dried Mandarin Orange Peel; Braised Luffa, Minced Pork, Sun-dried Chinese Mustard; Crisp-fried Marble Goby Fillet, Spinach Tofu, Pineapple Sauce; and Yue Bai’s signature Braised Hokkien Vermicelli, Abalone, Sea Cucumber, Fish Maw, Shiitake.

This Father’s Day, take the opportunity to show appreciation to all fatherly figures for everything they have done by treating them to Fat Cow’s 6-Course Father’s Day Set Dinner. Available from 11 to 19 June 2023 at $220++ per person inclusive of a 180ml Nikko Homare Daiginjo, this menu was thoughtfully curated by Head Chef Shingo Iijima for the occasion.
The special Father’s Day feast featuring a symphony of dishes that well complement the floral notes of Fat Cow’s very own Nikko Homare Daiginjo sake. Highlights of the menu include:
- Uni Chawanmushi - Japanese egg custard steamed to a silky perfection and crowned with Hokkaido Uni for umami and added creaminess
- Wagyu Wara Yaki - Featuring beautifully marbled wagyu from Gunma prefecture, it is straw-smoked and served alongside charcoal-grilled Shima-aji
- Almond Tofu & Kumamoto Watermelon - highlighting juicy watermelon from Kumamoto city, it is served with soft tofu and a drizzle of house-made apricot sauce
16. Celebrate Father’s Day at Bedrock Bar & Grill and Bedrock Origin
From 11 to 19 June 2023, impress Dad with a memorable meal this Father’s Day at the award-winning steakhouse, Bedrock Bar & Grill in Somerset or Bedrock Origin in Oasia Resort Sentosa. Consider the specially curated 3-Course Set Lunch Special ($98++ per person inclusive of one glass of wine), featuring a tantalising appetiser, main course, and dessert; suitably paired with a glass of Inspired Company Shiraz Cabernet.
Treat beef-loving dads to lunch at Bedrock Bar & Grill that includes a delicious House Smoked Duck Breast appetiser to start, followed by the Woodfire Grilled Wagyu Picanha & Garlic Butter Shrimp, highlighting a 150g Australian grain-fed A4 Okan Wagyu rump cap steak grilled over Bedrock’s signature applewood fire. The meal is complete with a decadent Chocolate Hazelnut Crunch mousse cake.
Amidst the idyllic coastal ambience of Bedrock Origin, indulge in an epicurean line-up, starting with a variation of the House Smoked Duck Breast, marinated in a blend of olives and caperberries. The main course presents an option of either the Shio Koji Boneless Beef Ribs or Pan-Fried Monkfish Cheek. End the celebrations on a high with the Baba au Rhum dessert, a fluffy sponge cake soaked in rum syrup.
17. A Father’s Day Celebration at LeVeL33
Available exclusively on 18 June 2023 for dine-in lunch and dinner at LeVeL33, the Father's Day menu showcases two sharing dishes.
The LeVeL33 Signature Seafood Platter Platter ($148++) is ideal for sharing among two to three people. Served on ice, the platter features a delectable selection of freshly shucked Oysters, Hokkaido Scallop Sashimi, poached Prawns, Siberian Caviar, Yarra Valley Salmon Roe, and Beer Blinis made in-house with LeVeL33’s Wheat Beer. The fresh seafood is served along-side savory housemade condiments.
The 60 Day In-house Stout Dry-aged Ribeye ($248++) is a satisfying feast for a family of three to four people. Staying true to its ContemBrewery philosophy, LeVeL33 incorporates its signature beer-brewing elements into the dish. The flavourful steak is accompanied by LeVeL33’s signature range of beer condiments and guests will have a choice of three side dishes.
18. A Nourishing Feast for Fathers from Yàn
To celebrate fathers, Yàn has specially curated two collections of elegant, wholesome Cantonese dishes. Available exclusively for dine-in from 1 to 18 June 2023, savour the six-course Signature Set Menu or the eight-course Celebratory Set Menu. The nourishing feasts showcase premium ingredients and signify well-wishes for our fathers to deepen familial bonds with loved ones.
The Signature Set Menu ($158.80++ per person, minimum two persons) features the Double-Boiled Mini Buddha Jumps Over the Wall. The indulgent soup brims with the finest ingredients such as abalone, sea cucumber, pig’s tendons, and ginseng amongst others. These delicacies aid in bone and joint rejuvenation, in muscle repair while improving metabolism and energy.
The Celebratory Set Menu ($128.80++ per person, minimum four persons) commences with Yàn’s signature Roasted Peking Duck served with Chinese Pancake, Cucumber and Spring Onions, followed by the soulful Conpoy Broth with Assorted Dried Seafood. Other notable highlights in the menu include Poached Soon Hock with Shredded Konjac, Onions and Ginger in Rice Chinese Wine and Sauteed Scallops with Chinese Lettuce and Fresh Huai Shan.
Yàn’s six and eight-course set menus are available from 1 to 18 June 2023 at $158.80++ per diner and $128.80++ per diner respectively.

Available for lunch and dinner at Tablescape, spoil dad with delectable creations featured in the Father's Day 4-Course Set Menu ($108++/pax). The menu includes
- The Octopus - gently charred yet tender octopus prepared on a Josper grill, accompanied by sweet heirloom tomatoes, a mesclun salad and creamy burrata cheese
- The Duck - succulent duck breast seasoned with parsley and thyme, then sous vide and pan-seared till the skin is wonderfully crisp

21. Celebrate Father’s Day at The Gyu Bar with Whisky-Infused Miyazakigyu
This Father’s Day, pamper dads with a premium wagyu experience at The Gyu Bar. Exclusively from 9 to 25 June 2023, available for dine-in and takeaway, the beef expert presents Hibiki-marinated Miyazaki Yakiniku ($75++ per 100g). Elevate the wagyu enjoyment with a 45ml pour of Hibiki whisky at $89++, while subsequent orders are at $18++ per glass (U.P. $21++).
An ideal choice for yakiniku, Miyazakigyu from Miyazaki prefecture is famed for its snowflake-like marbling and remarkable depth of flavour. The premium rump cut, also known as ichibo, yields an impeccable balance of lean and marbled meat. The tender wagyu is sliced and steeped in Hibiki whisky – a blended whisky coveted for its deep floral and fruity nuances. The 24-hour infusion accentuates the natural sweet flavour profile of the wagyu, enlivened with ambrosial subtleties from the whisky.
The Gyu Bar’s Father’s Day special is available from 9 to 25 June 2023, with 24- hour advance notice required.
