A Revamped Huber's Bistro
A 17-year-old family business, Huber's Butchery's offers high-quality gourmet offerings at its sprawling 14,000 square-foot butchery and bistro, nestled at the foot of the Dempsey Hill premier lifestyle enclave.
Huber’s Butchery unveils a new contemporary farmhouse look, sleeked in hues of grey, white, and red; complete with staff donning new uniforms in the same palette.

A Whimsical Dining Experience at the New 1-Flowerhill
1- Flowerhill is a new F&B option nestled on a hillock next to Sentosa's Mount Imbiah. It occupies a century-old conservation house perched on a hill at 6 Imbiah Road. The majestic colonial bungalow welcomes three vibrant concepts under 1-Group. These include the group’s signature Wildseed Café, as well as the all-new Wildseed Bar & Grill, and refined French-Japanese restaurant Camille.

YUNNAN Launches a New Concept
YUN NANS proudly introduces YUN NANS Home, a reimagined dining experience that celebrates the comforting flavours of home with an array of 20 new dishes. Transforming three of its heartland outlets – NEX, Northpoint City, and Westgate – into havens of Yunnan culinary delights, YUN NANS Home promises wallet-friendly meals that evoke the warmth and nostalgia of home-cooked goodness, perfect for sharing with loved ones.

Typhoon Cafe Unveils Revamped Menu Featuring Lu Rou Fan
Typhoon Cafe revamps their menu with amazing new dishes. Prices now start from $6.90 for Momofuku Buns, and $9.90 for Typhoon Signatures such as Taiwan Lu Rou Rice and Signature Taiwanese Oyster Mee Sua.
Start off your meal at Typhoon Cafe with the Momofuku Buns ($6.90), now available in three different flavours, Mei Cai, Mala Pork Belly and Lu Rou. Mainstays include Taiwan Lu Rou Rice ($9.90), a comforting classic featuring savoury braised pork belly atop steamed rice, infused with fragrant spices and served with a side of pickled vegetables, or opt to have it with noodles with the Taiwan Lu Rou Mian (Dry) ($9.90).
Prepare to be delighted with the Taiwanese Shrimp Fried Rice with Crabmeat Gravy ($12.90), a tantalising blend of succulent shrimp, fragrant rice, and rich crabmeat gravy. For a noodle option, the Szechuan Mala Tossed Knife-cut Noodles with Braised Beef (Dry) ($12.90) features broad and chewy hand-cut noodles tossed in a vibrant, spicy Mala sauce and topped with tender, slow-braised Beef.
New on the menu also include the Kids Meals. A delight for the little ones, the Egg Fried Rice Set ($9.90) is a simple yet satisfying dish combining fluffy, aromatic rice stir-fried with eggs paired with Golden Chicken Fritters. Smooth and perfectly chewy, the La Mian Set ($9.90) comes with Chicken Chop. Both meals ends on sweet high with a Chocolate Waffle with Vanilla Ice Cream and Homemade Soya Milk Drink.
Typhoon Cafe has kept their range Soufflé Pancake ($16.80), an artfully layered dessert where each delicate soufflé is expertly baked to achieve a heavenly light and fluffy texture.

Toku Nori, a contemporary Japanese Handroll Bar situated on the second level of a pre-war heritage shophouse at 200A Telok Ayer, has officially launched in May 2024. Inspired by the elegant simplicity of traditional flavors is Singaporean chef-owner, Ms. Aeldra Leo, a pioneering force at just 28 years old, shaping her own path in the realm of Japanese cuisine. Alongside her is Mandy Lim, her business partner, who spent a decade building the Instagram App in Silicon Valley before returning to Singapore to pursue her love for food and start a family.
Toku Nori is dedicated to elevating the humble Japanese handroll by presenting new renditions paired with a meticulously curated selection of sake, enhancing the distinctive flavours of each roll.

Parents with children aged 11 years and below can rejoice when dining at LUCE at InterContinental Singapore, as kids dine free from Monday to Thursday between 3 and 27 June 2024 during the lunch and dinner buffets this School holidays. The complimentary meal applies to one child for every paying adult.
Luce’s Lunch Buffet is served from Monday to Saturday, 12pm to 2:30pm, and begins at SGD29++ for children and SGD58++ for adults. The menu launch follows PPHG’s recent #ShakeItUp! viral challenge, which launched on World Cocktail Day. Cute Bakes at Baker X
Entering its third year, Baker X embarks on an exciting new chapter with thematic line-ups, launching with “Around the World in Bakes and Sweets”. These residents at Orchard Central will showcase a diversity of sweet treats from across the globe — from Japanese confections, to local classics, to French pastries with a twist.
Kicking off the line-up is Dionne Ho, founder of the home-based confectionery Love For Wagashi. From 2 June to 18 August 2024, all are welcomed to experience traditional Japanese treats with designs mirroring nature, flowers, and landscapes — a feast for the eyes as much as the stomach. While a vacation to Japan may not be in the cards this year, you can certainly still enjoy its culinary delights.
Available exclusively for dine-in, the Raindrop Cake ($6) is not to be missed — especially for those dining with kids. Famed for its crystal-clear jelly-like aesthetic, the dessert is served with kinako and kuromitsu (Japanese black sugar syrup).
Chef X
Borne out of an initiative to provide home-based chefs and private dining chefs with a sandbox to operate their own full-fledged commercial restaurant, Far East Organization launches Chef X at Clarke Quay Central Mall. Drop by with the family to experience the culture and diversity that Singapore-based chefs have to offer. While you’re in the neighbourhood, you can also take a stroll down by the Singapore River, and experience the charming bustle of the city.
Each resident chef will helm the restaurant for four or eight weeks and they will showcase their culinary skills and individual styles, cooking at the unit for dine-in customers, with the option of takeaway. The line-up sees a rotating roster of four home chefs highlighting cuisines ranging from heartwarming food like platters inspired by Indonesian flavours, grandmother’s kitchen and Korean kimchi-based dishes, to Japanese bentos and a seven-course omakase.
From now until 21 June 2024, Chef Sydnee Loue of Royaleys Smoky Boat presents her speciality: banana leaf parcels stuffed colourfully with premium quality rice and a range of ingredients — chicken, fish, prawn, or soybean — naturally seasoned with tempered spice pastes.
Heritage Recipes at Choon Hoy Parlor
A personal ode to family, food, and heritage, Chef Dylan Ong serves Singapore soul food in a restaurant that bears his mother’s name — Choon Hoy Parlor. Suited for all ages, each dish on the menu is an exploration of heirloom and heritage recipes that tug at the heartstrings. Choon Hoy Parlor offers flavours that are beloved and familiar to older folks, while at the same time recreating these traditions into fresh experiences for younger diners.
Highlights among the menu are CHP Signature Braised Duck Served In Tau Kwa Pau Style ($69), a family gathering essential; CHP Signature Salted Egg Yolk Souffle Egg ($16.90), a delightful fluffy recreation of the Thai omelette, Khai Jiaw, topped with a crunchy egg floss and filled with a surprise on the inside – an overflow of salted egg yolk oozing from the middle; and CHP X Jelebu Signature Dry Laksa V2.0 ($18.90 - 3 pax) a dish that combines the essence of dry laksa with chao-tah beehoon.
Kids Friendly Dishes at Fireplace by Bedrock
Nestled within the exciting urban lifestyle hub that is One Holland Village, Fireplace by Bedrock welcomes all with warmth and conviviality. There is a strong emphasis on the precise manipulation of fire to accentuate the innate, rustic flavours of each ingredient and guests can look forward to a sensorial experience. Think: a gallery of meat, seafood, and other ingredients in a glass-encased showcase makes a captivating display for patrons as they step through the entrance — making for a remarkable wonder for kids to preview in awe. A compact yet versatile menu – spanning appetisers, mains, and desserts, all prepared on an open wood-fire grill – is curated by the culinary team helmed by Chef Victor Ng.
There is also a Kid's Menu that provides friendly options that are not only delicious but also wholesome for the young ones. For the pasta enthusiasts, there's the Tossed Spaghetti Carbonara ($15) with crispy bacon and grated parmigiano. If the little one prefers a protein-packed meal, they can dig into the Boneless Chicken Thigh ($15) served with baked potatoes and chicken jus, a nutritious and flavourful choice.
For those with fur kids, there is also a pet-friendly, 34-seat outdoor terrace that is shaded by pergolas, offering a breezy, laid-back environment for a relaxed meal reminiscent of al fresco meals cooked on the open fire.
The Marmalade Pantry - New Brunch Menu
