A Refreshed Teppan-Kaiseki Experience At MIYOSHI by Fat Cow

MIYOSHI refreshes their ever-popular Teppan-Kaiseki lunch and dinner menus. The Teppan-Kaiseki 8-course dinner menu is an exclusive teppan counter offering where skilled chefs with over a decade of experience showcase their culinary prowess in an intimate setting, preparing each dish with precision and passion.  

The Teppan-Kaiseki 8-course dinner menu ($228++/pax), carefully curated by Sous Chef Nigel Loh and the MIYOSHI culinary team, combines the artistry of traditional Kaiseki with the contemporary flair of Teppanyaki.

Na Oh, the highly acclaimed restaurant by three-Michelin-star Chef Corey Lee located within the Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center Singapore (HMGICS), presents its first seasonal menu refresh since the successful grand opening. Wasabi, Salmon and Saka from Azumino City at JAPAN RAIL CAFE

From 1 - 31 October 2024, the city of Azumino (Nagano Prefecture, Japan) will be partnering with JAPAN RAIL CAFE to offer a special menu featuring fresh and authentic local produce such as wasabi, salmon and sake. This culinary collaboration is part of Azumino’s bid to boost tourism and showcase its local products.

Located in the heart of Nagano Prefecture, Azumino is a treasure trove of culture, history, and nature. One of the city’s most remarkable sites is the lush Daio Wasabi Farm, the largest commercial wasabi farm in the world among the numerous wasabi farms in the area.

The limited-time menu showcases the Shinshu Wasabi Salmon Don, made with ingredients directly shipped in from Azumino. Diners can also enjoy a curated selection of alcohol for pairing – such as the Suien Junmai Daiginjo “Miyama Nishiki”.
