Swensen's opens its first Swensen’s Unlimited store, an international buffet concept at Changi Airport Terminal 2 where families can enjoy an irresistible array of Swensen’s mainstays, desserts and more!
Buffet Items
Be immersed in the boundless assortment showcasing time-honoured Peranakan and Asian culinary delights, succulent roast meats, seafood on ice, and a tempting chocolate fountain accompanied by an array of treats!
Must-try dishes include the heritage Ayam Buah Keluak, crisp Kueh Pie Tee, wok-kissed Beef Hor Fun and lemak Laksa.
Then, sidle up to the live carving station, a paradise for meat lovers. Chefs will be on deck to carve juicy, sizzling roast meats straight from the oven. Look forward to aromatic Roast Leg of Lamb, succulent Roast Chicken, and the weekend exclusive Roast Angus Beef Ribeye. The hand-stretched, thin crust pizzas prepared fresh upon order are also not to be missed, with flavours such as Margherita, Chicken Tikka, Trio Cheese and more.
Ice Cream Section
A whole section is also dedicated towards a rotating selection of Swensen’s signature ice creams and gelatos!
There are 48 offerings to indulge in, from classic flavours such as Sticky Chewy Chocolate, Thin Min, and Cookies & Cream to outlet-exclusive surprises such as Laksa, Kaya, Cheese Cookies, Osmanthus Wolfberry Pear and more. The sweet offerings will be rotated seasonally, so there will always be new items to discover.
The Space
The spacious 200-seater venue will additionally feature two private rooms, catering to corporate functions or special occasions like birthdays or anniversaries. Celebrate merry moments at Swensen’s Unlimited and get the exclusive 1.2kg Longevity Ice Cream Cake at a special price of just $28++ (U.P. $68.80++). Exclusively available from 18 March 2024 onwards.
The interior is enveloped in light brown hues courtesy of wooden furniture and ceiling beams, exuding a cosy and retro vibe perfect for gatherings with friends and family. Balancing contemporary aesthetics with a nod to tradition, the new establishment will preserve familiar elements such as the iconic tiffany lamps.
A first of its kind, discover a section of the walls that pay homage to Swensen’s ice cream legacy including the first blueprint of Swensen’s first outlet in Singapore at Thomson Plaza.
Tucked in a cosy corner is Swensen’s Flavourful Mosaic adorning the walls. Not just another pretty element to the store, Swensen’s serves up a scoop of appreciation for the team behind each creation with personalised name jimmies – also known as the colourful sprinkles topping ice cream creations. Each jimmy tells a unique tale of Swensen’s team members whose names sparkle in a cascade of tiny gems.

Buffet is available from $31 per adult and $15 per child, with children aged four and below dining for free. Each buffet session is 1.5hours.
