A concept by Lion Brewery Co, Thirty Six Brewlab & Smokehouse is a welcoming micro-brewery and restaurant that celebrates craftsmanship in all forms – food, art, music and, of course, beer!
Nestled in a lovingly restored conservation building wherein the art of local artists are proudly displayed, Thirty Six offers playful and creative original brews from their on-site micro-brewery as well as a menu featuring the bold flavours and a smoky umami that only true open-flame grilling – courtesy of their custom-built brick hearth – can produce.
New Kids Menu
Always warm and welcoming, one of Thirty Six Brewlab & Smokehouse’s main pillars is the celebration of community. This means that there is always something for everyone – including the little ones. This inspired Thirty Six to introduce an all new Lion Cubs Menu ($22.36++).
Crafted specially for those 12 years old and below, each meal in the menu comes with a choice of a kid’s main, one drink, a complimentary scoop of ice cream and a goody bag. Better yet, the menu itself doubles up as a fun-filled activity sheet to keep the young diners occupied.
Choice of Main Dish
Kids can let their creative juices flow with a customisable ‘Make Your Own Pasta’ dish where they can choose every aspect of the dish – from the type of pasta and sauce to the exact toppings – to make it really their own.
Hearty appetites will love the Kids Beef Burger – a full 100grams patty made with Black Angus beef hugged by brioche buns topped with mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato and cheese. These are served with Thirty Six’s signature hand-cut fries.
Alternatively, the little ones can enjoy one of Thirty Six’s bestsellers and house
favourite in half the adult portion, with the Mini Fish and Chips. Light, crispy and made fresh every day, the dish is coupled with the same hand-cut fries, and
housemade tartare sauce.
Curated just for kids, the menu naturally includes favourites such as the toastie-inspired Cheese Melts, where ham and mild cheddar are sandwiched between rich brioche buns. The buttery buns are toasted twice, giving a crunchy
outer and a melted cheese filling.
The Kids Pizza, where young diners get to choose between a 6-inch Margherita or a 6-inch Pepperoni, would also thrill. The base is the same high-quality base that the culinary team chooses for the adult pizzas: sourced from a Singapore-based artisanal baker, and hand stretched upon order.
Complimentary Drinks + Ice Cream
A thoughtfully put-together menu, the menu also includes a choice of complimentary drinks – apple juice, orange juice or milk – and a complimentary scoop of ice cream topped with fresh berries.
Ice cream choices are Vanilla, Strawberry, Salted Caramel, and Chocolate.
