Happening now till 22 Sep 2024, the Singapore Hokkien Lam Ann Festival offers a unique opportunity to delve into the rich tapestry of Nan’an heritage. 

With over 400,000 Nan’an people in Singapore, the annual Lam Ann Festival provides a platform for more people to understand the Nan’an spirit and to have an enjoyable day learning more about the cultural heritage. 

Activities and Workshops

There are exciting workshops and activities tailored for everyone in the family, offering a variety of hands-on and tech-driven experiences.

Dive into Tea Art to explore the grace of traditional tea ceremonies, or try Chinese Calligraphy and Traditional Chinese Painting. Get creative with Finger Painting or Clay Sculpting, master the intricate craft of Paper Cutting, and enjoy a fun session where you can have a caricature of yourself drawn. Test your wits with Lantern Riddles, and experience the rich heritage of Nan’an culture through engaging AI and VR activities that make history come alive.

Savour Lam Ann Dishes

With more than 20 food stores, come savour a variety of authentic Lam Ann dishes like Chinese Mustard Green Rice, Hokkien Hutou Vermicelli, Sweet Potato Cake and many more at the festival too!
