Play, explore and interact with new art experiences online every week with National Gallery Singapore! With games, hands-on activities and more to keep the kids entertained this Mid-Year holidays!
The National Gallery Singapore will be sharing plenty of free home-based art
activities and resources to nurture one’s interest from 5 May 2020. From new multimedia to hands-on activities, including interactive games, art-inspired
storytelling video sessions, as well as artist masterclasses and art tutorials will be introduced weekly on Gallery Kids!, a dedicated website for families and kids about art.
Here are some of the activities that you may engage with your little ones!
My Ink-credible Adventure Interactive Game
Inspired by the space of the same name at the Keppel Centre for Art Education, children can explore abstract expressionism in an open and playful manner through this online game, with endless colour combinations of ink splashes, splatters and drops.
I-Spy Game
Children between 4 and 9 years old can don their detective hats in this weekly I-Spy Game where they are prompted with questions to identify items, colours and patterns.
Downloadable Art Activities
Suitable for families with children of ages 3 to 10, get creative while getting inspired by various artworks from the Gallery’s collection and special exhibitions.
