This weekend, head down to the Samba Botanica @ the Singapore Botanical Gardens with the kids to enjoy a day of picnic, outdoor fun and drum beats!

I cannot recall the number of times we have recommended going to the Botanical Gardens for a picnic. We have had so many picnics there ourselves and it is always good to make a trip when an event is happening.

On the 15th of October, Sambiesta presents a samba showcase at the Shaw Foundation Symphony Stage. In hopes of spreading their love for samba music to the local community, Sambiesta will be performing a repertoire of songs ranging from traditional Afro-Brazilian music to pop song mash-ups and a collaboration piece with Samba Masala!

So, Relax on this weekend, kick off your shoes and Bring Your Kid Out to soak in their groovy rhythms!
