Ingredients

300g Salmon Belly, cut into cubes

2 tbsp Soy Sauce

1 tbsp Mirin or Rice Wine

1 tsp Sugar

1 tsp Grated Ginger
Directions
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix well, let the Salmon marinate for 30 minutes.
Skewer salmon belly, approximately 2 – 3pcs per skewer.
Heat pan for 3 to 5 minutes.
Pan grill the Salmon Skewers for on each side for 3 minutes each.
Remove and serve hot.
