The French Film Festival 2020 is a special one. Presented in a hybrid format, Singaporeans can choose to enjoy French cinema in the theatres or in the comforts of their own homes.

The young and intrepid Samsam seems to have it all: loving heroic parents, a bunch of super-friends and his own flying saucer to explore space. But his superpower hasn't kicked in yet! When Mega, the new cool kid in town claims she can teach him superpowers, Samsam seized the chance to finally reveal his superpowers. Together, they embark on a cosmic adventure where he learns that friendship and courage are the best superpowers he could wish for.

It’s 1863 in the United States of America. 12-year-old Martha Jane and her family are headed West in search of a better life. After Martha Jane’s father gets into a serious accident, she takes charge of her siblings and learns to drive the family wagon. Martha is forced to flee as she was wrongly accused by the leader of the convoy. In search of proof of her innocence, she discovers a world where her unique personality will assert itself.
